Condition Guide:

The "Paying up to" prices listed in our "Want Lists" are based on items that are in Near Mint/Mint condition. While will purchase items that are in lesser condition, the price would be at a lower rate than the "Paying up to" price listed. The only exceptions would be if there is a game we are really looking for at the moment, or if a game is considered to be rare or otherwise hard to obtain.

Below we have posted information and photos regarding the criteria we use for determining the condition of a particular item.

CONDITION
DESCRIPTION
Mint As new, showing no visible signs of wear on the Game Cartridge or Disc. Disc based games must also have their instruction booklet and plastic box as well as paper artwork inserts in order to be considered to be in Mint condition. We generally pay the full value listed on our "Wanted Lists" for games in Mint condition.
Near Mint

At first glance, the game appears to be in Mint condition, but after careful examination some minor flaws or signs of wear have been found.

Disc based games can have only the slightest amount of scratching and must have their instruction booklet and plastic box as well as paper artwork inserts in order to be considered to be in Mint condition. We pay up to the full value listed on our "Wanted Lists" for games in this Near Mint condition.

Fine

Games in FINE condition will exhibit minor signs of wear. Cartridge based games can have slight discolaration or paper loss to their labels. The plastic cartridges themselves cannot be discolored or modified in any way (ie. no extraneous ink, stickers, sun damage.)

Disc based games exhibit light scratching. Disc based games must have their box, instructions and artrwork inserts in order to be considered to be in Fine condition. Plastic game boxes cannot exhibit very much damage. We pay up to 75% of the value listed on our "Wanted Lists" for games in Fine condition.

Good

Games in GOOD condition will exhibit moderate signs of wear. Cartridge based games can have slight discolaration or paper loss to their labels. Cartridges can be slightly discolored and may have small areas of lightly applied extraneous ink on them.

Disc based games exhibit light scratching. Disc based games must have their instructions and complete game box and artwork inserts in order to be considered to be in Fine condition. Plastic game boxes can exhibit moderate damage.We pay up to 50% of the value listed on our "Wanted Lists" for games in Good condition.

Poor

Games in this condition will exhibit heavy signs of wear. Cartridge based games will have discolaration, and or paper loss to their labels. Cartridges may have had extraneous writing or stickers applied to them.Disc based games exhibit light scratching.

Disc based games may or may not have their instructions and box artwork in this (Poor) condition. We pay up to 30% of the value listed on our "Wanted Lists" for games in Poor condition.
