"Phineas the HitchHiking Ghost"

We did not attempt to do any repairs to Phineas, we did clean some but not all of the dirt that was on him when we purchased him. He was wearing the blue knit cap pictured above when we purchased him, the hat will go along with him to his new owner. Phineas' Top Hat was missing when we purchased him, we have no idea where it is.
